Action Items – We are officially live!

• Thank you so much for your efficient and timely assistance with this process. This enabled us to have a successful Go-Live over the weekend! 
• NEW! Please log into your new HRMS dashboard and assign “Default Chairs Associates” for your ORGs, divisions or departments for the New HRMS ATS 
• Continue to perform clean-up actions for HRMS using the personalized emails/spreadsheets that were sent earlier this year. We were able to bring the numbers significantly down before Go-Live!

Next Steps

• Continue with your iRecruit clean-up action items 
  • Please work through your recruitments to close them out of the old system as soon as feasible
• Review the Recruitment User Guide and Job Aids on the HRMS Website as needed

Recruitments Posted During Black Out Period

If recruitments were posted during the blackout period they should be posted by February 6^th
