Transferable Skills Library banner

The Transferable Skills Library provides employees an opportunity to become more effective in
their current roles or develop the skills needed for a future role on campus.

Developed by UC Riverside’s Human Resources Employee and Organizational Development (EOD) team, the Transferable Skill Library (TSL) features the most popular on-demand courses from LinkedIn Learning using 20 job standard skillsets categorized by UCR’s Core Competency Behavioral Anchors.

As TSL expands you will have access to skill related articles, e-Courses, videos and additional resources at your fingertips by utilizing an electronic device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone) from anywhere in the world.

Please note: While these are the most transferable skills across positions, each job is unique, and a mastery of skills alone may not be enough to transition to a new position. Visit My UC Career to access tools for assessing your preferences, skills and temperament.
