This communication is to provide an update on the iRecruit Rewrite project, action items and next steps for employees who will be affected by this change.

Action Items – 20 days to Go-Live!

  • All departments should have received individual personalized emails, with department-specific spreadsheets, to help assist in the clean-up actions for HRMS – Thank you so much for your efficient and timely assistance with this process!
  • We have 20 days to complete these efforts before Go-Live.

Important Dates

TODAY is the Deadline to send new recruitments to Compensation
This deadline allows the Compensation team sufficient time to classify the job and route it to Talent Acquisition for posting by January 19th. Please note that the recruitments need to be complete with accurate information to avoid delays for corrections.

  • The deadline is Friday, January 12, 2024 | 5pm

Training

Mark your calendar for the training opportunities in January. You only need to attend one!

Black Out Dates

On the blackout dates listed below, you will have access to the current HRMS iRecruit system, however, jobs will not be able to get posted during this time. Therefore, you may initiate a job in HRMS but it will not get posted until we implement the HRMS ATS.

  • January 22 – February 4, 2024

GO-LIVE

New HRMS Recruitment ATS and Job Board is scheduled to go live: February 5, 2024
