Please complete the following actions by February 1, 2024. You will be receiving a personalized email with your department's remaining open recruitments in the first week of January as a last 30 day reminder.

Action Requested:

As we continue to gear up for our transition to HRMS ATS, we are making every effort to be proactive to allow for a smooth implementation. With that said, we need some help from you.

HR Talent Acquisition has identified multiple “Route for Finalization” and “Open/Posted” requisitions that have not yet been processed. Please take the following steps to remove the recruitments from either of these queues:

  1. Route for Finalization
    • Please select “Mark Final Successful” for those recruitments that have been filled, and attach any necessary documentation (interview notes, offer letter, salary analysis, reference check, approval to hire).  
    • Please select “Mark Final Unsuccessful” for those recruitments that resulted in a failed search.
  2. Open/Posted Recruitments
    • Recruitments that were posted in iRecruit need to be closed out by February 1, 2024
Reason for Action:

This action will close out recruitments that have been posted in iRecruit, which is necessary as we move toward the HRMS ATS implementation. 

To ensure a smooth implementation, we would like to minimize the amount of recruitments that were posted in iRecruit that remain open.  Closing out the recruitments in the “Route for Finalization” and “Open/Posted” queue will allow for a smoother transition to the new HRMS ATS and better prepare us for the retirement of the iRecruit system. 

Please note that this is a one-time clean-up effort, but your on-going action is necessary as recruitments are filled. 

HRMS Background Information:

The Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a collaboration between Human Resources, Information Technology Solutions (ITS) and our HR system users as part of an ongoing effort to provide the campus with updated HR technology. Scheduled for implementation in February 2024, the HRMS ATS will centralize the recruitment process into a single application.

The recruitment module is being enhanced to provide a similar navigation and user experience with its ATS functionality as the rest of the HRMS modules.  Although the HRMS ATS will replace iRecruit, current functionality will be maintained, and where possible, improved.
