Communications to impacted stakeholders regarding current HR systems clean up are ongoing. This includes:  EACS, Career Tracks, Job Description System (JDS), iReview and iRecruit. As we continue to gear up for our transition to HRMS, we are making every effort to be proactive to allow for a smooth implementation. With that said, we need help from you in reviewing and cleaning up the following: 

Recommended Actions for Department to Prepare for HRMS

HR Application
Recommended Action
Career Tracks (CT)
  • Complete instantiated job descriptions (JDs)
  • Submit open JDs in progress to Classification Analyst or cancel if no longer needed
  • Add Incumbents to JDs (hired into or multiple)
    • Create additional JDs for employees
  • Initiate job descriptions for employees that do not have a WIP or classified JD
Job Description System (JDS)
  •  Submit open JDs in progress to Classification Analyst or cancel if no longer needed
  • Add incumbents to JDs (hired into or multiple)
    • Create additional JDs for employees
  • Initiate job descriptions for employees that do not have a WIP or classified JD
iRecruit
  • Complete or dismiss works in progress (WIPs)
  • Remove default Chair's Associate no longer in accountability structure
  • Close out Route for Finalization recruitments
iReview
  • Finalize cases where HR has made a recommendation
  • View open In progress actions and route or cancel
EACS
  • Remove users from iRecruit, CT, JDS and iReview
