UC Health is partnering with Anthem Blue Cross to promote a behavioral health provider organization called Octave to address the need for accessible, high-quality mental health care.
Octave is a modern behavioral health practice that provides evidence-based, outcome-driven care that’s personalized for each patient. It can also address a wide range of mental health needs that include individual therapy, couples therapy, coaching, and groups.
Octave providers have been available to UC faculty and staff enrolled in the UC PPO plans since January 2021. For more information about Octave, please visit the Octave: Measurement-Based Care | A New Approach to Therapy website.
