Employee & Labor Relations - Supervisor Resources
Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) works to enhance the relationship between the university and employees by providing direction and guidance on unions, policies, agreements, layoffs/reduction in time, and more. ELR works closely with managers and supervisors to ensure the correct application of policies, procedures and laws are being used to manage a large, diverse and round-the-clock workforce.
