By enhancing security, compliance, and standardization, the Avanti initiative will streamline processes, provide efficiencies to better support HR staff, and ultimately elevate the UCR employee experience.

A virtual town hall that is open to all staff and focuses on the new R’Employee Services portal and its self-service options.
If you want to learn more about Avanti and the R’Employee Services portal, don’t miss the Town Hall on January 8, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Attendees will hear from Chief HR Officer Alex Najera and Chief Information Officer Matt Gunkel, as well as view a demo of the new portal and receive access to training resources.
