On July 11, 2024, UC Office of the President (UCOP) sent out a communication, informing campuses that Leave of Absence forms and documents have been revised to be gender-inclusive.
The revised forms and documents align with the Gender Recognition and Lived Name (GRLN) policy. UCOP has updated UCnet where leave forms and notices are linked: UCnet Leaves of Absence Notices. Central Human Resources (CHR) has updated the CHR website - UCR’s Leave of Absence Forms & Documents with the appropriate links to the forms and documents.
