Wellness Ambassadors
Wellness Ambassadors play a vital role in supporting the promotion of health and well-being among UCR faculty and staff. Wellness Ambassadors serve as UCR’s key communicators of the Healthy Campus and Faculty and Staff Wellness Program, helping to direct employees to wellness programs, activities and resources. Diabetes Prevention Program
The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a 1-year lifestyle change program based on research led by the National Institutes of Health.  DPP is designed for non-diabetic, overweight individuals ages 18 and older who have pre-diabetes or are at risk for type 2 diabetes.  This program provides education, encouragement, and the tools necessary to help individuals reach their health goals. Bringing Fitness To You

Mobile Fit is available for all faculty and staff who are interested in participating in a convenient on-site fitness program to improve overall health and wellness. To learn more about this program, please visit the MobileFit website.

Go! Physical Activity
Track your physical activity minutes or steps and earn prizes as you move your way to a healthier you! All UCR faculty, staff, and students are eligible to join and earn milestone rewards. For more information, please visit the Go! UCR Activity Tracking Program website.

Welcome to the first Walk and Talk With Leadership of 2020. We are excited to have Chancellor Kim A. Wilcox start out the 2020 program as our walk leader. Come join us for some fresh air and a short walk around our beautiful campus and get to know Chancellor Wilcox.

Science of Happiness
