    Healthy Department Certification
    The UCR Healthy Department Certification program recognizes, celebrates, and rewards sustainably healthy departments. Through the Healthy Department Certification program, we will build a campus community that supports a culture of health, in which every department contributes to a safe and healthy workplace environment, encourages safe and healthy behaviors, and empowers leadership, faculty and staff to create an overall healthier UCR.     Wellness Ambassadors
    Wellness Ambassadors play a vital role in supporting the promotion of health and well-being among UCR faculty and staff. Wellness Ambassadors serve as UCR’s key communicators of the Healthy Campus and Faculty and Staff Wellness Program, helping to direct employees to wellness programs, activities and resources.     Diabetes Prevention Program
    The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a 1-year lifestyle change program based on research led by the National Institutes of Health.  DPP is designed for non-diabetic, overweight individuals ages 18 and older who have pre-diabetes or are at risk for type 2 diabetes.  This program provides education, encouragement, and the tools necessary to help individuals reach their health goals.     MobileFit
    Bringing Fitness To You

    Mobile Fit is available for all faculty and staff who are interested in participating in a convenient on-site fitness program to improve overall health and wellness. To learn more about this program, please visit the MobileFit website.

    Go! Physical Activity
    Track your physical activity minutes or steps and earn prizes as you move your way to a healthier you! All UCR faculty, staff, and students are eligible to join and earn milestone rewards. For more information, please visit the Go! UCR Activity Tracking Program website.
    Move More 3-4
    Move More For 3 to 4 is an awareness messaging campaign sponsored by the UCR Faculty and Staff Wellness Program, Healthy Campus, Ergonomics Program, The Well and UCR Recreation. The goal of the campaign is to increase movement/activity throughout the day to promote better health, reduce ergonomic risks, and create a positive healthy culture change.
