On June 24, 2025, Central Human Resource received notice that the UC and UCR Whistleblower posters have been updated. As part of our annual compliance requirements, we must ensure that the most current versions of the Whistleblower posters are posted in all appropriate employee-facing locations across our units. 

 

We need for all organizational units to properly post the posters in a timely manner. There are three required posters and they must be prominently displayed. They are:

Next Steps 

  • Print and post the updated versions of the posters in employee-visible areas within your departments and units (e.g., break rooms, common areas, bulletin boards).

  • Remove and discard any outdated versions of these posters currently on display.

  • Ensure the new posters are posted no later than Friday, July 25 to remain in compliance.
