This communication is to provide an update on the iRecruit Rewrite project, action items and next steps for employees who will be affected by this change.

Action Items – 10 days to Go-Live!

  • All departments should have received individual personalized emails, with department-specific spreadsheets, to help assist in the clean-up actions for HRMSThank you so much for your efficient and timely assistance with this process!  
  • We have 10 days to complete these efforts before Go-Live.


  • New User Guide is now available for recruitment
  • Job Aids have also been created for your convenience

Black Out Dates – We Are In the Black Out Period!

Per prior communications, the blackout period began on Monday, January 22, 2024, and will continue through February 4, 2024.

During the blackout period you will have access to the current HRMS and iRecruit systems, however, jobs will not be able to get posted during this time. Therefore, you may initiate a job in HRMS but it will not get posted until we implement the HRMS ATS.


The new HRMS Recruitment ATS and Job Board is scheduled to go live:  February 5, 2024
