As you may be aware, the HRMS was scheduled for implementation in early August 2020. Due to the campus closure and other related COVID-19 impacts, there are several yearly activities that may or have been postponed. Many are HR activities which will have a direct impact on HRMS key stakeholders. As change management, communications and training activities begin three months prior to implementation (May 2020), it is not feasible to begin these activities given our current state.
Please note our HRMS project sponsors and Human Resources Leadership Group have agreed to postpone the HRMS implementation to November 2, 2020. We will continue to evaluate our implementation plan and bring you updates.
