How to Enroll

Enroll online on At Your Service - UC Transfer or Employee with a Family Status Change
Complete form UPAY 850 and return to the Benefits Office - If you have an urgent medical need you can expedite your eligibility by following these steps
Online Enrollment
- Go to At Your Service
- Click on the “Sign in to My Accounts” button and select “New User” to set up your account
- Your temporary username is your social security number
- Your temporary password is your birth date in the format mmddyyyy
- Note: your temporary password expires at the end of your PIE
- Click the “Sign In” button
- Click on “Enroll in Benefits” (located under the Health and Welfare heading) and follow the instructions
