UCR's  contract with JobTarget ensures that all jobs posted on UCR's job website are automatically advertised on the following job boards in support of our broad and diverse recruitment efforts:

  • Higher Ed Jobs
  • Inside Higher Ed
  • Disabled in Higher Ed
  • Veterans in Higher Ed

In addition to the standard postings listed above, through JobTarget's OneClick product, open positions can be easily launched to additional job boards including niche sites by posting, with a single click of a button. A dedicated account manager will work with you to assist you with navigating the platform and to ensure you clearly understand the best places to spend your recruiting dollars, based on data. Your talent acquisition consultant can assist in connecting you with our account representative.

 JobTarget will create a display ad, obtain a quote and process the ad for you.

How to Use Job Target
  • To access JobTarget, please contact Emma Geach, Talent Acquisition Consultant.
  • Download the Using JobTarget for Recruitment Advertising How-to Guide.
  • Upon check-out you will have two options to make a payment for your advertisement.
    • To be invoiced – enter the purchase order (P.O.) number on the cart summary section of the check-out page.
    • Use Procurement Card (ProCard) - enter your department issued ProCard information as required on the JobTarget webpage.
