- Interpret University personnel policies, procedures, and applicable statutes and regulations.
- Deliver regular and customized training on team building, performance management, FLSA , and FMLA.
- Conduct organizational assessments for the purpose of enhancing operational effectiveness, improving teamwork, and aligning structural and human relations components.
