(Open Range Transitioning to Step-Based Salary Structure)

Contract Period: December 20, 2013October 31, 2017







Range Adjustment

Effective on the first full biweekly or monthly pay period on or after:

January 1, 2014
4% salary range increase shall be provided to all HX classifications and employees within those ranges.

January 1, 2015
2% salary range increase shall be provided to all HX classifications and employees within those ranges.

January 1, 2016
3% salary range increase shall be provided to all HX classifications and employees within those ranges.

January 1, 2017
2% salary range increase shall be provided to all HX classifications and employees within those ranges.
 
Eligibility:
Employees must be in the unit on the effective date of the increase as well as on the date of payout.





Merit

Effective on the first full biweekly or monthly pay period on or after:

January 1, 2014
Within range step increase.

January 1, 2015
Within range step increase.

January 1, 2016
Within range step increase.

January 1, 2017
Within range step increase.

Eligibility:
Career non-probationary employees who have earned a rating of satisfactory or better on their most recent performance evaluation preceding the effective date of the increase.
