Approval The University must approve OT in advance.
40-hour Workweek 1 Premium OT is paid at time-and one-half rate after 40 hours in a standard workweek.
Alternative Workweeks Contract or policy can specify provisions for alternative workweeks that replace the standard 40-hour workweek with alternative schedules.
Hours Worked Hours worked for purposes of calculating overtime do not include hours charged as paid leave, holidays, or other non-work hours.
CTO 2

CTO can be offered at the discretion of management.
Assignment of OT Specific contract rules govern how OT is assigned to employees.
