Diversity Programs
Providing a positive and productive work environment calls for a campus culture that not only is diverse in its appearance, but prides itself on its cross-cultural communications and multicultural competencies. Several UCR departments work in concert to produce diversity education programs for senior administration, faculty, staff and students under the auspices of the Diversity Education and Leadership Initiative (DELI).
