Personnel polices and bargaining unit contracts inform employees about the terms and conditions of their employment.

• Policies Governing Workplace Conduct lists policy, procedures and guidelines that are not found in the Personnel Policy for Staff Members (PPSM) and relate to workplace conduct.

*The employee's job title is established by the type of work performed and determines whether the position and the employee is covered by an exclusive bargaining agent.
