Education and Development
Education and Development
In order for an organization to excel, both the "process" side and the human side of the organization need to function effectively. Education and Development addresses both of these aspects by providing innovative, results-oriented and cost-effective training and development opportunities to employees, as well as internal consulting services to departments.
Our services include:
- Providing staff development courses designed to help employees enhance their contributions to the University's mission and goals; providing opportunities for career growth; and assisting employees in performing current and emerging position responsibilities effectively.
- Conducting organizational assessments and developing action plans.
- Facilitating department/team meetings.
- Training and facilitation in process improvement and redesign.
- Designing and delivering customized training for organizational units.
