Salary Updates
This hyperlink connects the user to an informational matrix
describing the effective dates for salary levels based upon bargaining unit. The Office of the President maintains the Title Code System (TCS) from
which we derive the salary information in our Title and Pay Plan. After a bargaining unit contract is ratified, the Office of the President
typically updates the salary information in the TCS within one to two months. The “Salary Updates” matrix will inform the user of the status of
this update process.
It is recommended that users consult this matrix on a
regular basis to ensure the salary data viewed in the Title and Pay Plan is
updated.

Tips for Effective Searching:
· |
You may use partial search information (text and
numerical) – the search function will find all titles that include the data
you have entered. |
· |
The more specific title information you enter, the more
effective your search will be. |
· |
Be aware of abbreviated titles (e.g., “asst” for
“assistant”) when typing in the text for your title search. If an abbreviation returns zero results,
try either the full text or another possible abbreviation. |
· |
Use the “Back” feature on your Internet Browser toolbar to
return to previous screen listings. |
