There are seven sample letters to assist departments when an employee's appointment changes.  

Moving from Core Benefits to No Benefits

Provide this letter to employees whose appointments have changed from Core Benefits and now will no longer have benefits.
Moving from Full Benefits or Mid-Level Benefits to No Benefits
Provide this letter to employees whose appointments have changed from Full or Mid-Level Benefits and now will no longer have benefits.
Moving from Full Benefits to No Benefits
Provide this letter to employees whose appointments have changed from Full Benefits and now will no longer have benefits.
Moving from No Benefits to Core Benefits
Provide this letter to employees whose appointments have changed from No Benefits and now will have Core Benefits.
Moving from No Benefits or Core Benefits to Full Benefits
Provide this letter to employees whose appointments have changed from No or Core Benefits and now will have Full Benefits.
